Newtons Second Law of motion
Isaac Newtons Second law of motion states that, Force equals mass times acceleration. For this each number relates to another, if you have a higher mass you tend to have a higher force and then a lower mass you will have a lower force. If a car crashes with a train, there will be more damage to the car than the train because the car has a smaller mass causing it to have a smaller force on the train. On a day to day basis we see this with cars vs. semis, a child moving a box vs an adult moving a box, and there are many many more!

Relations to Roller Coasters
The second law is related to roller coaster in the scenario of the weight of the cart. If the cart behind you weighs less, it will go faster than you. The amount of force it takes to stop a smaller train is smaller than the force it is to stop a heavier train. Also the more riders per cart the more weight so the high the force!
